New Services Launched,Officially Listed on the Emerging Stock Market, and Certified with Various Awards

1. Intellegent collecting-tracking APP system launched in July.
2. New service, PLTgel preparation service, launched in August.
3. Obtained stock code 7790 in September.
4. Received two awards in 2024: “Taiwan Innovative Brand” and the “National Biotechnology Award” for excellent product certification.
5. First independent exhibition at the 2024 Medical Japan in Chiba, Japan, from October 10-12.

Company scale expansion, Japanese subsidiary established

1. To meet domestic market demand, the company expanded its business, R&D, and manufacturing divisions, bringing the total number of employees to 100.
2. Japanese subsidiary, Spirit Scientific Japan Co., Ltd., was established in February.
3. Participated in Japan’s annual biotechnology event, “BioJapan” 2023.
4. Completed a cash capital increase, with a paid-in capital of NT$308,009,000.

Consistent Growth and Strengthened Capacity

1. Increased Production and set up new GPT-Standard class 10,000 Cleanroom
2. Clinical trials in collaboration with Taipei Veterans General Hospitalhave passed inspections and commenced.

1. Research results of PLT in collaboration with Shin Kong Wu Ho-Su Memorial Hospital were published in an international journal.
